Good food, Good service, Good price

The bathroom wasn't very clean, lucky to have enough toilet paper. There was urrin all over the floor.

The waitress, Kendel, was helpful and efficient, very nice person. We didn't feel rushed and she handled the splitting of my friends' orders in a proficient manner. Besides that, she is a very pretty young lady. As a former teacher, I have a habit of gathering impressions of those I make contact with when out shopping or eating in restaurants.

Good food, quick service

My order was not right. I wanted my prime medium rare not well done. The manager Summer was quick to fix the issue and very gracious about it. She absolutely made me forget there was a issue to begin with. A real asset to your company right there.

The potatoes pancake sandwich was great and looked perfect- had to order another. The host was very attentive and quite a looker :)

Kitchen didn't make bistro breakfast correctly-waitress(new)? Didn't notice- but she had kitchen remake food- took a bit- but it was fine once made correctly... Waitress did a great job "fixing" the goof

I enjoy going to Shari's as the food is good, the service is good and the personnel are very friendly and courteous.

Receptionist Molly was observant, prompt, friendly, courteous. Assistant ditto. I ordered take-out which was promptly prepared, arrived hot, checkout was brief. Patrons following me were promptly attended to, even a group of 11 who it was harder to accommodate. It feels good to see seniors who are regulars, addressed by name, coming for their evening meal. The turnover of help is too fast. Couldn't you please increase their wages?

Our server was most pleasant and helped us decide on our menu. I also enrolled in the Sharis' card and was hoping since it was my birthday month to get a piece of pie for my dining partneer, as I was going to get a free slice for joining up; However when our server checked with her manager, apparently I shall have to wait until the card has been processed. She was polite and helpful and understood my disappointment. But I shall return. Her server number is 344321 Kendel, and she is definitely an asset at that particular restaurant. Mea Graham
