Staff was severely understaffed. They went above to try doing their jobs only 1 cook at the dinner hour who was a waiter (no cooks ) and only 3 waiters

the food took forever to arrive due to staffing issues. The server was very nice and let us know . otherwise everything was good.

food delivery took too long. Waited to finish payment. Ice on sidewalk around disabled parking.

The food being barely warm when served has been an ongoing issue at this store and the one in Silverdale. The restaurant was almost empty, there was enough help to cook and serve the food while still hot, but it didn't happen so our food was barely warm.

We waited 5-7 minutes to be greeted before we were placed on a wait list. Waited About another 10 minutes before we were seated, the whole time the left side of the restaurant had a sign saying this section closed. When we were actually seated it happened to be on the left side of the restaurant which was nice because there were just a few people seated there. Three of the 4 people at the table ordered a meal that included a salad, our salads were delivered about 4 minutes after our meals were. It felt like we were eating our meals backwards. Staff was very busy on one side of the restaurant but our side was pretty quiet. I also had to wait in line about 10 minutes to pay our bill. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the restaurant seemed to be under staffed.
