Shari's

I order a T-Bone steak dinner. Steal was fatty, had a lot of gristle, was overcooked, not seasoned, was not hot, and looked unappealing (grey). You did not have baked potatoes. Check was not delivered. I finally had to go to the cash register to get the check. Took a long time to pay. Person behind cash register was more concerned about putting walk-in customer's name on a list, and more concerned selling pie to new people has they walked in, rather then take my payment so my family could be on their way. My adult son finally had to ask the cashier "Excuse me, as soon as you are able, could we pay our bill. We have been standing here for some time now".

Needed more sauce on the chicken alfredo.

The person seating was having trouble figuring out where to seat next guest to be fair to server. Made a mistake and we had to move

I always enjoy eating at Shari's. It is a disadvantage that I don't eat pies, so I am not able to enjoy those great pies on display.

Your Prices are really to high for what we receive.

The eggs were refrigerator cold. The steak and potatoes were just room temp.
