Service and quality of meal was as expected. Satisfactory in all ways but not exceptional. Employ friendliness was better than 90% of restaurants

No-one came to take our order for drinks for a long time. The fish and chips were a "joke". The portions of fish were like fish sticks and the fries were white and soggy and Not crisp. It was expensive and not good value. Then the waitress just did not come back at all. We finally ordered key lime pie and it was the only good part of our meal. Atmosphere of the restaurant was horrible. It was like sitting in the freezer. I was cold and uncomfortable. The ceiling fans were running full blast although it was a frigid cold day outside. NOT a nice Sunday lunch!! No we did not say anything. I will not have food taken back to the kitchen to be spat upon or worse.

We were there for a late lunch around 2:30 pm. The soup of the day was already gone and the only alternative was clam chowder which is not an option for people who don't like seafood.

Hair in the sour cream. Brought ticket without asking if we wanted anything else. Asked about pie to go but not anything else and I wanted to purchase a gift card.

Sat @ counter, Chuck (mgr) took my order, brought food. Assisted by Darren for coffee, never got it... Chuck got it for me. Chuck was a very good host/cashier/server. Talked me into a Montana Cherry pie...... Delicious by the way.

When I was handed food or my drinks I would say thank you. There was never a response not even a "no problem."

Ordered New York Strip and eggs. The steak was tough. Won't order again

there was a group of 8 of us and we each ordered a different item. During are visit another waitress came on shift and service went faster. Also, noted that there was only one chef on station and with the amount of business this did not appear to be sufficient. One member of our group did not receive his order and was given a piece of pie.
