Need to have more of a selection for seniors on menu and not have almost every meal with bacon in it or pork.Also restroom needs to have a wall soap dispenser not very sanitary using a bottle to pour soap out for washing! Thank you!!

Have been very disappointed with the prior service and especially the plating of the food at this location. Today was better but, food was only warm.

I personally think your prices are little high for what you get.

I had ordered same salad at a different Shari's and it was very tasty, and lots of meat. Today the meat was cut up very small and not much of it. Too much lettuce. I brought half of the lettuce home so as not to waste it.

Hate the remodel...miss the comfy private booths. Makes it go to the bottom of my restaurant list. Also I Spoke To A RUDE Manager blonde manager Who Came to the table about why you're no longer serving garden burgers. She shrugged it off like oh well nobody ordered it. So the new sharis doesn't welcome vegetarians and that is just awful. The turkey burger is still meat - that's not a substitute. I will be telling everyone on social media about this. Shame on you guys and your careless staff like that poor excuse for a waitress Raven.

There was only one wait person serving the restaurant when we were seated. She came to take our order but we were not ready then. It was quite a long time before she returned for our order as she was so busy being the only one there. Some help did arrive and all was well then.

3 different wait staff, had to remind for drink and forgot my ranch. though the openness is bright, i dont feel there is any privacy anymore.

The portions are smaller, not enough dressing on the salad and didn't receive the side of dressing requested.

The only problem encountered was that the gravy was not warm enough on our biscuits.

Order took nearly 20 minutes nod we were one of two tables of customers at the time, also the food was on the greasy side. The bacon was not fresh cooked and was nearly black,
