We were told that 6 big tops had been ordered so our food would take a bit not nessacerily a problem but a definite inconvienience

My capprese salad was missing the arugala. Since I was attracted to the salad because of the arugala, I was disappointed. I asked for replacement greens and eventually was given some spinach which was ok as a substitute.

Craig needs to check on tables more often and even if it's another server's table he should be attentiveto customer needs.

Wanted tomato soup that was pictures on menu and was told it is seasonal?? Take it off the menu if you don't have it in the cold winter when people eat soup for lunch!

We ordered 3 Pie shakes, one of which was the Oregon Hazelnut Cream Pie. (which is your advertised monthly pie.) We were told that it was too frozen to cut it for the shake, forcing one of us to change her mind, however, Karli stepped in and cut the pie so we were able to get what we ordered in the end. Way to go Karli.

Overall experience was fine. Prices are high on the senior menu. Competitors are priced lower.

The manager Summer was extremely rude to her employees as well as giving long wait times when there were many empty tables. She also complained loudly about the amount of work she had to do to other customers and how she was making the staff stay later to complete her work on Christmas eve. Many groups left due to the long wait times quoted 20 to 25 min.
