Our wait person Diane was delightful and attentive, even though we just stopped in for coffee and were not planning to eat due to the late hour.

Loved our server, Nichole. She was so friendly and attentive. She was super busy at one point, but still checked on us and made sure we were satisfied. Food was delicious and we just had a lovely evening

We went in with a $25 for two dinner offer. Waitress was very helpful in explaining. Service was great and when we went to the register the coupon was handled quickly and without any issues.

I got what I ordered. Waitress was nice and helpful.

The staff is always friendly. We always greeted with a warm hello and always made to feel welcome. And the food is great!

The staff at our Shar's was exemplary. Chase, our waiter, the hostess, and the shift manager all treated us well. The food was good, fast, and exactly what we ordered. The hostess made a fresh pot of de-caf for me even tho it was late in the evening. I don't go to Shari's often, but I will from now on.
