Shari's

I ordered off of the 15 minutes or less and did not receive it in 15 minutes.

Everything was fine except the baked potato that was obviously cooked at an earlier time and just warmed up

Fries lacked salt, pancakes were really dry.

I asked for gravy that came with my order to be on the side and it was not.

I wish they used my shari's rewards coupon.

I had the Sirloin Steak, it was tough as a boot, full of Gristle. Couldn't hardly cut it.

The restaurant is not prepared for the Pi day and free pie Wednesday. There were only four choices of pies that were on the menu. When the wait person was questioned they were honest and said that the store was not properly prepared for the crowd. The store was also not able fill orders from the menu. Reason being they ran out of ingredients (this is also common practice).

Oly problem was a tough steak, with gristle. Didn't mention to waitress.

The air circulation freezing my leg & neck; while seated by window lots of cold air came up from under table on window side and I was very uncomfortable. Thank goodness I had a sweatshirt with hoodie!

The food was ok..not great!
