it was like the waitresses saw us come in but no one wanted to seat us then when we were seated it took 10 minutes to take our drink order and then another good 5 to 7 to deliver it......service is always slow here and thats why when IHOP moved in next door they lost alot of customers

Our waitress was friendly and professional. There was another waitress (young, blond) that I overheard complaining about the way the restraint was laid out. Someone should explain to her that she should not speak badly about the restraint where customers can hear her. Also, the manager had to take some verbal abuse from another customer. In my opinion that man should have been thrown out of the resteraunt but the manager maintained her cool and was polite and professional with him.

I had shrimp and chips dinner which came in a basket. I think someone salted the basket (for the fries?) and made the shrimp so salty that I had to dust it off with my fingers. I mentioned this when I paid my bill but got no response.

I was served the wrong salad. My salad and soup was served and consumed before my companion had any food. He ordered medium rare steak which was overdone and returned. Another steak was served and was cooked to his liking.

The Server had to keep going to ask another worker about what some items were and what came with things.... On the Caprese salad I received very little basil and what i did get it was dry basil... Other Shari's I received fresh basil... The tomatoes on it we bad and discolorered (unedible). I expressed this to the server and all I got was "well, that is how it comes and sorry about that". She did not even try to fix the issue... I had 3 kids with me and ordered 3 kids meals and they were all the same order but, the portions were not the same... Sao, I had to try and splititup the best I could so all the kids had approximately the same amounts... The floor under the table was disgusting with old food... The server only said "sorry about that" and did nothing else... Very sad!

Ordered 16oz tbone steak and eggs. There MIGHT have been 4 oz of edible, chewble meat rest was tendons, fat and bone, Very poor quality both mine and may partners, She could only chew the tenderloin side, rest was inedible. Both of ours pancakes came out burnt, my top one was even turned over to try to cover it up!!! When you cut into the fried eggs, water ran out of them and soaked into the pancakes. We told the server, she offered two new pancakes...they came out still doughy on the inside ie: under cooked. The cook must have been having a bad day which also made our day bad...Maybe having only one car in the parking lot at 3pm on a Saturday should have been a clue but we didn't think about it that way which is our fault.

It took over an hour after ordering to get our food. When we tried to get our server's attention, he ignored us. There appeared to be some type of crisis in the kitchen. We could hear loud complaints from one staff member about a lack of supplies available, that someone had not ordered supplies, and that food was not being cooked properly. We are pretty flexible And generally very easy going, but this was a pretty horrible dining experience. The server could have impacted this by explaining or apologizing for the delay. I prefer to eat out without having to listen to ongoing staff problems. To add to all of this, it is my birthday.

They were not that busy, but waited 1/2 hr for food. Cheese on omlet was cold. Toast was slathered with your cold butter mixture. I had to scrape if off a half of piece of toast to eat that. I called waitress over to show her how bad it looked. The waitress was very nice, I think the cook was not happy and took it out on those ordering. When I went up to pay, I complained again about all the "butter" on the toast. They took $3.00 off my bill.

it took more than 10 minutes for the food to arrive. burger was burned and missing ingredients so I sent it back. the replacement was good. I think I should have gotten a discount for the inconvenience. I didn't.
