My grand son ordered a vegetable egg white omelette. When the bill came the was a $.50 extra charge for the egg white's; a $.30 for tomatoes;a $1.00 for avocados and a $1.00 charge for fruit. He had no potatoes or toast. So my question is. Were not informed the vegetables, egg whites and fruit ( in lieu of toast and fries) AND THE OMELETTE WAS $9.99... John Lyall

On the way out, as the waitress handed me our bag, she gave me a rude look. A cross between a sneer and a once over. Unless she has some kind of facial tick which only showed up at that exact time, in which case I take this back. I can think of a few reasons why. A, our kid, who shouted "yellow" once and "juice" once dropped a plastic cup of apple juice on the floor. Normally I clean up some, but we were afraid our daughter'd lose it when we left, so in trying to avoid brief, loud, obnoxious toddler yells, I forgot the cup. B, I asked her a stupid question right off the bat. In retrospect, it was a pretty dumb question. C, it looked like I didn't tip her because I scribbled out the tip line and gave a higher total. D, we took our dessert to go and ordered a pie, the front was a bit slammed, and so it was a hassle to box and bag our stuff up. I cant think of anything else, but certainly there was nothing to justify her reaction.

My lemon pepper salmon was not seasoned At All. It was way over-cooked and hard and dry. My husbands shrimp was over-cooked and hard. I squeezed 5 slices of lemon on my salmon and it was still hard and dry. “Awful meal”. The “cook” and I use the term loosely, should be fired. He/she Can’t cook......

1. We ordered steak. The quality of the steak was disappointing. The salad was extra. For the same price we could have eaten at a real steak house near by! So, Shari's ends up being a poor value when trying to save a few bucks. 2. NOISE! NOISE! The interior of the restaurant is now wide open and the sound of bus boys THROWING the used table ware into receptacles hurt our ears! Pay attention to this. It is horrible, unpleasant and is now heard all over the building. 3. We requested garlic salt or garlic powder for seasoning and it was not available - at a restaurant! Poor. Points off.

Party of 7. 5 adults and 2 children. Ariived at 10 am. Were 10 minutes before we even got offered coffee. (One member of party was late but we knew what to order for her). Finally got coffee and gave our order. At 11:10 i had to leave to take my hubby to drop at an appointment. When I returned my food had been delivered and then put back under heat lamp (cin stuffed french toast) and hubbys was put into go carton (mexi skillet). Neither meal was very tasty after the time under heat lamp. We had to ask for coffee refills, then went to find our own creamers. 2 little coffeepot s and 5 adults - and that much wait for food - ... server expressed sympathy due to long wait ... new cooks.. and offerred pie slices, which was nice. Then the rewaeds was offline and my 20% coupon didn't read and I now have to return with my receipt for my points . So I have to say ... not my best restaurant experience

During our visit the chicken on my wife's salad was a rubery consistency. We told our server during checkout and all we got was an apology, and no offer to make us happy. Both my son and I got the bbq trio, the only thing that came out hot was our chicken fingers, and they were cooked after the rest of our meals came out. As for the manager, not once did he check on us. He was severely under staffed and not once did he help the servers, and I didn't see him help out the kitchen staff.

Half the seating was blocked off. 2 servers running half the restaurant, seemed short handed. Took awhile to get seated and order. Took about 45 minutes to get food. Drinks were brought over very late also though ordered with food.

The Hash browns were swimming in grease and the toast had at least a tablespoon of greasy butter like substance on each slice. Skimpy coffee in the pot that was served.

The food was tepid at best. It was Mother's Day, so didn't want to wait for another meal as service was taking a bit as the restaurant was filling up. Sharis is either “hit or miss" and in this case, it was a definite “miss".

I was jonesing for fish & chips. When I received the order, I broke open the fish to let it cool, only to find that the fish was cold to the touch and the batter was uncooked on the inside. I informed the waitress and received another serving of fish. It was also uncooked. No explanation for what may be wrong, and no recompense other than removing the order from my bill. Worst. Dinner. Ever.
