Took to long to recieve our order. We had a fairly large group & when we asked for sonething the manager gave us the brush off as if we weren't that important cause as she said she had other custoners. When we did recieve our meal it was cold, didn't want to complain because of the manager's attitude towrds us.

It was extremely cold in the restaurant. Along with one meals eggs were cold, the chicken fried steak was a burger patty and all we could taste was sour cream in the stuffed hash browns. In both meals the bread wasn't toasted, or warm. The butter didn't even melt, my omelet was so cold the cheese wasn't melted inside or out. My server was very good. The man that rang me up did not look at me at all, nor did he have a name tag.

I ordered takeout. The food was really fine. As I was waiting to pay for my order and for my order to be bagged up, the host and the waitress were arguing about a missing tip. It seemed that was a higher priority than serving me, or getting me taken care of. It also put me in an awkward position. I didn't need to be a witness to the squabbling. I came to buy food, and the attitude of the employees, was that I was standing their, but didn't really matter. It was unprofessional. Take your problems to the back, or save it for when a customer isn't standing there trying to pay. There wasn't anyone else waiting and the restaurant was not very busy at the time I was there, so there was no reason I needed to listen to the arguing. I can go eat somewhere else that values the customers that come in the door.

Quality of food has gone down in the last year. I once ordered a hot turkey sandwich and there was only one slice of meat on it and it just didn't taste good. This last breakfast was a bit cold when we got it and the steak I ordered medium rare was medium well to well and it tasted like it was slathered in liquid smoke. The eggs looked like they were not fried over easy but cooked in water. The French toast was warm but the butter didn't melt. My husbands omlet had cheese that did not melt on top and the hash browns were ok but overall just warm and not hot. We love this place because it ties into a lot of special events in our life but they need better cooks. Maybe pay more for some quality cooks and corporate needs to offer quality ingredients for them to cook with. For a couple dollars more we can get a much better steak from other restaurants.

I explained to waitress how I wanted my order cooked, as I ordered, I ordered my eggs cooked over easy, I told to have the yellow soft and white solid, I ordered my hash browns to be lightly browned, ham just warmed not grilled to dry out ham, ordered a English muffin, it came out soggy. The eggs were well done, the Ham was burn't on one side. Everything I ordered came out just the opposite of what I ordered. The last time I was in there I complained and the Manager said the next time asked for me to cook your breakfast, this time I asked he wasn't there. The manager had to cook my breakfast two times before. You order you eggs over easy, they come out, well done, send them back, they come back snotty. They don't seem to learn, this was the worst breakfast I have ever had in Shari's, I have had so much problem with them cooking breakfast properly, I might not ever come back, this has been going on for months, I wouldn't even expect this at Denny's. I thought we were stepping up when we left Denny's and came here.

The amount paid vs. the amount of food received was disproportionate. I feel I should have either received more food or paid less.

I ordered the Sr. Captains plate since I seldom finish a full meal. When it was served the shrimp were overcooked and 2 of them were extremely small. I honestly thought they had served me a chicken nugget instead of fish. We usually eat at sheris on Wed night. Often bringing friends or family. The waitress remembered us. My husbands food was not very appealing in apperience. He usually orders the same think. I had to wonder if there was a new cook last night.

The food was cold, eggs something less than medium, pancakes tough' Not a pleasant visit. We were in a hurry and made no issue with management.

I was greeted (only one other customer already seated and 2 wait-persons) as I came in. I seated myself at the counter. I was given a menu and asked if I wanted coffee. I said yes, black and was given a cup of coffee and a decanter of coffee. I ordered Senior poached egg with ham and hash browns. I got it delivered in OK time. The hashbrowns were obviously frozen and put on the grill on one side. So, the top was crisp but 98% of the rest was just warm. Not appetizing so I ate only the crust. I didn't expect much better since most fast food places do the same thing. The two ladies decided which one was going to ring up my sale. They both gave the impression they wanted to be somewhere else. They didn't smile or greet me, just served me and rang up my meal. The remodelling is nice but the food hasn't improved and at least today, the service was as bland as the hashborwns..just warmed over.

The newly remodeled building is beautiful. Love the openness, and the servers are generally very friendly. With a new remodel we were hoping for better food for the high prices. There have been no discount coupons in the papers, and on retirement incomes we welcome any discounts we can use. The food this time wasn't up to our expectations of the prices paid and we were disappointed.
