I did not receive the piece of pie I ordered. I ordered a strawberry canolli breakfast. But i was given two pancakes wrapped to look like cannoli.

craig brought me the check in Bremerton around midnight without stopping by the table once to ask if we needed anything. my son had to hunt him down for syrup. the assistant manager just dropped off our food without asking if we needed ketchup or silverware. There was no silverware to eat our food. We had to flag someone down to get utensils.

Shari's has historically been an easy choice for my family, but this evening's experience was the second time of being disappointed at this location. This visit included undercooked shrimp (much of which was still gray) and missing fruit & toast from my daughter's meal. The missing fruit and toast from my daughter's meal, because of other distractions, was only something I realized when we were leaving and at that point (even though I'd specifically asked for it to replace hashbrowns) didn't want to go back in for. When we flagged down the server to have shrimp cooked more thoroughly, he was very attentive and did bring it back much improved. However, I was disappointed that there was no followup from the manager, even as just a courtesy. That said, the manager was very thorough in sharing ingredients of the chowder--he looked up the full list to confirm an allergen was present for my husband. While there certainly were positives, after a previous visit of disappointing food, we will not return to this location... though the lure of your great pie may bring us to another location. :)

I ordered eggs benedict, my daighter ordered pancakes, fried eggs, bacon. My food was served as were her eggs and bacon. We were told there was a problem with the pancakes but they'd be out in just a few minutes. I ate my food, my daughter sat rhere waiting over 20 minutes for her pancakes. When brought they had not recooked her breakfast so she had warm pancakes with cold eggs and bacon. She would not let me insist on new food because she really wanted to leave. We remained polite and were rewarded with a comped orange juice. Really?? I'll never go back.

Both my brother and I were served bad spoiled fruit with our breakfast selection, then the poached eggs we were served were more like soft boiled eggs, the presentation of our breakfast was a disgrace and it ended up being cold and took more than 25 minutes to be served (Not bad considering there were only 5 customers in the place). TIME FOR SOME ADULT SUPERVISION IN THE KITCHEN MAYBE. Possibly training the cook at a training facility rather then experimenting on paying customers would be a good idea.

The server never checked back to see if we where satisfied with our food. My eggs where cold, the bacon was overcooked (tasted burnt) and was cold, and my waffle was so cold the butter wouldn't even melt. The vegetables in my husband and son's pot roasts were raw, and my mother's chicken was overcooked and rubbery. The pot roasts were also cold.

When I told the server, Summer, about the issue with my hash browns she did nothing. She didn't ask if I wanted them to be recooked, or even reheated as they were nearly cold when I finally got them. I also had ordered some gravy to go with my eggs and when the plate came I had to ask again for my gravy, as it did not come at all.

We waited 16 minutes before we were seated. It took forever to receive our order. Only one cook in the kitchen. No greeter. no hostess. No manager. This twice in a row that we have not been satisfied. Vegetables were almost cold. What is going on with Sharis in East Bremerton?

I came in to visit with family that was passing through, I hadn't seen a few of them for several months, as they do not ive in the area. There were 6 adults and 5 children. Our server, Monica, was very attentive and nice to all of us. We all ordered pie and coffee. She already had another pot brewing when she realized we were all drinking coffee. What I was most dissatisfied about was the manager, Summer. She wasnt even serving oir tabe, but as she walked by she was making snyde and ride comments to my 3 year old child for wanting to swap seats, calling him a fire hazard. There was plenty of room in isle for my son to move to another seat. Then, she proceeded to discuss this with other customers. Highly unprofessional!! When I asked her what yhe problem was, she blankely looked at me and said " your child is a fire hazarad, we cant have him swapping seats". People come in and out of that restraunt all day and night, are they all fire hazards too!? She was not dressed very profesaionally either, for being a manager. Sharis is a FAMILY restraunt, if she doesnt like families and children, she should find another profession. Very rude mannered!!

Walked in at 1:55. Server took my order at 2:10, brought back my drink without a straw she said she'd bring one never got it and server walked past several times and didn't acknowledge me or that I did't have a straw. When my food finally came it was a different server that brought my order and she commented she was sorry it to 40 minutes for me to get food. Had to flag down a sever to get a box since I wasn't able to eat my food. I've always enjoyed going in and having a meal. But recently service has gone to bad. So I stayed away hoping it was just the server I had but I was wrong. It doesn't seem to have gotten any better. You do have an few server that go out of their way to make it enjoyable to go in and I will truly miss them. Thank you for listening. I hope thing will get better it will be awhile before I go back in.
