All of the food i had ordered apparently is manufactured and prepared elsewhere. The biscuit was chewy, not light and fluffy. I ordered my eggs over medium, but the yokes were completely cooked solid. The sausage gravy is canned and was thick and clumpy. The chicken fried steak was a breaded quarter pound hamburger patty covered with a bland tasteless gravy. And to top it all off, the hashbrowns were previously frozen

my order was not filled as to my specification and it was apparent some items were removed from my plate and served to me anyway...with hidden undesirable items under the greens of the salad. We were not told the pie was NOT offered as it was stated and AFTER ordering the slices of pie.."Free on Wednesday" we were told at the table the offer didn't start until after 4:00PM...this is a misled conception according to the display card. Rather than cancel the pre packaged pie we accepted it. Upon paying the check we brought it to the attention of the manager who removed the charge from one of our checks

Mine and my grandsons toast was burnt. His scrambled eggs were scorched. My chicken fried steak was cooked until it was brittle and my stuffed hashbrowns were cold as were his. The gravy tasted soured. I will say that my eggs were cooked perfectly. The server should have looked at that plate and NOT served it. The server should always examine the plate and fix any errors before it is served. It was very noticeable. I was a server and manager and the reason I didn't speak with the staff was because I believe the server was in training and inexperienced and cooks tend to take a dark view of complaints!I have eaten at Shari's in Port Orchard, WA many, many times and have not ever been disappointed. This store on Wheaton Way in Bremerton, Wa is starting to do a remodel so maybe that was part of the problem. I hope that the food gets better there and that the servers are trained to inspect the plates better before they serve it. Catch it at the window, the cooks fault. Serve it to the customer, the servers fault. Sorry!

My mother flew thousands of miles to spend time with us, we came to this Sharis to sit down and share a meal for the first time in several years. First, the service was ok, at best. Our questions answered and food ordered. While we waited for our meals, we had to sit and listen to the 2 managers (the man deaf in the left ear) sit and discuss the future of James, their cell phone using employee whom has some personal issues at home. Then our pre-meal arrives, salad dressings wrong and soup cold. No prob. Then our meal is ready and at our table prior to finishing salads. As we begin digging in to our much anticipated meals, we were treated to another show of zero professionalism in which was totally humiliating for James to sit looking at everyone while he was getting fired while the 2 cowards hid their faces. They took the mans dignity and put it on display. Shame on them.

The waitress left one of our orders off the ticket so the last person had to watch everyone eat and wait for food. She also took my beer that was 1/3 of the way full before I noticed. They never offered refills on drinks. They never brought our pie we had to get it to go when we paid.

We ordered milkshakes and they were very runny and when the check came, the price on our receipt was more than menu price. The supervisor there would not honor the price 4.99 that was on the menu stating an email came out with the new privet of 5.49. I'm sorry but I don't have that email, and out dated menus should not be on the table at all. My soup was barely warm and my salad drowned in vinegarette, my husband's sandwich was poorly displayed and had very little meat for a club sandwich.

We placed a to-go order. It took forever to get it placed. The order taker didn't seem familiar with the products offered. (2nd time for this) My husband picked it up thinking everything was okay. When he returned home (less than 10 minutes), not only was it cold but it was partially the wrong items. We called them back and let them know of the mistake. They offered to make the right item but husband declined to go out again risking his food getting any colder. We were never certain if we were correctly charged since the items that were incorrect are priced lower than the item that was actually ordered. The incorrect items were pancakes that had been cooked on a very dirty griddle as there were remnants of grilled food particles in them. I ended up throwing them out. I ate my cold eggs/bacon and threw some of that out as well. This is the 2nd time we have had issues with our local Shari's in about a months time. I don't think we will go back. We will consider the Silverdale Shari's next time. It is ashamed as this was out "go to" take out place fairly close to our home.
