My granddaughters were treated with respect.

I just discovered the meat lovers skillet. It tastes delicious and the side of pancakes I had with it was icing on the meal. Our server was just as amazing as she always is.

Food was good. Food was hot, I like hot food. Service was prompt and friendly.

We went to the restaurant in the early afternoon, a different time for us as we usually go during the dinner hour. But because it was still early we had the full attention of the wait staff and the cook so everything was well made and hot a lot better than the times they were too busy.

Staff is always friendly, Awesome customer services and willing to help customers when needed.

We were quickly seated. Food orders were taken in a timely manner, without feeling rushed. The food was delivered within an acceptable time, and food was hot. We've been in other Shari Restaurants that could improve, compared to this site. The restroom was clean.
