I was greeted with a smile & Patricia noticed I had a cough & as she seated me at a table vs booth (per my request), she immediately asked if she could get me some water. Before I finished getting settled in the chair, water was on the table! I don't get to go "out to eat" very often, but when I do, I go to places that have great customer service & of course, great food, & Shari's always delivers! Thank you, From another satisfied customer!

The food and service were excellent.

We go to Sharis almost every Wednesday with a group of friends. The staff knows all of us, and doesn't take a new waitperson long to catch on to us. We are most comfortable and laugh and joke around with each other and sooner or later the staff member is like one of our friends too. The food is good and dessert is always on my mind.

Jolene makes it a point to make us feel welcomed. She remembers what we like to eat and drink and makes recommendations accordingly. We always leave well fed and well served.

This is the first time that I tried your lunch pick 3 combo and it was fantastic! I also had your triple layer pumpkin cream cheese pie and it was awesome! Josh recommended it, and we were glad that he did.

The server was knowledgeable. The facility was clean, the food came out timely. The food was served hot.

Our waitress was incredibly friendly and professional, a total asset to your restaurant! She served us quickly, with a genuine smile, and the food was delicious! A perfect breakfast.
