Server Rollene was friendly, efficient and very professional. I appreciated the discount coupon you had emailed me, since Eggs Benedict are one of my favorite things. This Shari's is always a pleasure to visit, and Rollene made it especially so.

Although my server, Rollene, was very busy she came by the counter occasionally to check that everything was OK. First time I had the "honored" Pot Roast... delicious - a little on the fatty side, but that's pot roast. This location can go from fairly dead to swamped rapidly and without apparent reason, so at times seems a bit under-manned, but that's a tough situation to deal with. Staff is very friendly!

We visited twice during our last stay in Burlington. The first time served by Shelby and the second served by Sandra. Both servers super friendly and helpful! Food was excellent, served in a timely fashion, but didn't feel rushed like we often do at other establishments.
