Good food

I was told several months ago that Shari's would not be open 24 hours a day. This restaurant was one of two that were open 24 hours a day, Denny's, was the second one. During the summer months there is a extremely large amount of customers that are traveling even at late night hours which makes Denny's the only place to go and eat. Finding a place to park or even have to wait a half an hour to get served, Denny's is not a place to eat at. Someone at the heat office is not paying attention to these fact or even cares, I still eat at Shari's but is not happy regarding the hours open or the time I have to drive to find a place to eat late night as I will not go through the Denny's experience again.

The food at Shari's was good, however we bought 2 pies to take home. We tried the Strawberry cheesecake pie. The strawberry were fine however the cheesecake tasted nothing like cheesecake more like soap. throwing the rest of it out

The prime rib cut had a good 3 sq in of fat on one end so it seems like a good 2+oz of the expected cut was just that chunk of fat alone which also impacts the appearance. It's not expected to have some fat bands around the cuts, but there was no effort to trim this before cooking or serving. Also ordered as blackened, but appeared to just be a regular cut. We were running late to a movie, so it wasn't worth sending back to the kitchen for correction.

food came out very slightly warm. more on the cold side

Food was room temperature this time . Shari was busy which could account for food temp but that should not be an excuse. Usually food is hot.
