Shari's

For some bizarre reason my favorite pie was discontinued. This is not cool. I loved the Cookies and Cream pie. Make sure this item gets reintroduced. I eat a lot at Shari's and love the place. Thanks

The apple needed more cinnamon otherwise it was great the apples were.baked just right

Our server, Rollene, was wonderful and the coffee was perfect. The oatmeal was a disappointment from other locations we have tried where it was made when ordered. This most definitely looked and tasted like warmed up from who-knows-when. Also, toast and jam great.

Time greeted at door. The visit prior, Shari'swas crazy busy, but we were greeted at the door much faster than this time, and this time Shari's wasn't busy at all when we arrived. When we checked out, the girl said they called her in to work.

Good service and food prepared well.

Ordered the Shari's Lifestyle Duo for $6.99 and a tea. I thought my bill was high but had a 50% off coupon on my rewards card so used it on my bill. I still paid regular price for what I ordered. Checked it out when I got home to discover I was billed for the Trio half sandwich which includes dessert, which I did not have. My food was correct but the charge for what I ordered was wrong, and pretty sure a tea does not cost $4.50.

We have eaten at this Sharis many many times. Feel like service has gone down hill. On our order we received scrambled eggs rather than over easy, not a real big deal and my husband ate them anyway. We did let person bringing us the food it wasn't right. They did bring him another egg. I asked for very crispy hash browns and crispy bacon, they could have been crispier. Love your Applewood bacon! It also took longer to get our order and were not that busy. Toast barely toasted. They have done better in the past and can again. Maybe have just been a bad day.

The staff are very friendly

The first four-fifths of the table were clean. The last one-fifth of the table where the condiments and dessert menu reside was filthy. You could see that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was dull looking compared to the rest of the table which was glossy. I rubbed my napkin through about two inches in this area and it came up black from the grime that was on this portion of the table.

I would prefer more spice to the food.
