1. Someone without disabled parking was parked in the disabled spot and I needed to get my sister out of her wheelchair and into the restaurant, which meant I had to take up two parking spaces to do that. 2. There is no prox/ada door so I had to try and pull the door (which is heavy and ackward) open while trying to pull a wheelchair through which was very difficult 3. 3 other people came into the restaurant while we were there that were either in a walker, or wheelchair and had the same problem as we did.

this evening the staff were over loaded w/customers. Needed a greeter at door, waitresses had to greet, get tables arranged, take orders, et al. Obvious a greeter and same person as cashier wouldhave taken pressure off waitressesl. Those on duty were doing "triple duty" and when we left one couple had waited almost 20 minutes just to be seated. Perhaps this shortage of staff was due to someone being ill or management not adequately scheduling for a week day. We did not know that Wednesdays was "free pie day," thus delighted to get pie to bring home. Perhaps on Wednesdays you DEFINITELY need a greeter and cashier, other than wait staff who were trying to keep customers served.

A cook did not show up for shift, leading management to keep many tables empty so remaining kitchen and waitstaff could keep up with orders. Despite this "crisis", all staff were friendly, happy and helping each other to serve guests. Even though there was a major problem for them, they still met our expectations. Sierra (hostess), Rollene (server), Kyle (server), and all others deserve kudos for their ability to maintain mood and service.

The coffee was not very hot. Everything else was very good. The service, the food and the overall experience was was great.

I was satisfied. I could have been highly satisfied, I just don't remember. My family and I will most definitely be returning!

The food was good I ordered eggs over easy and biscuits and gravy - it was tasty just not spectacular. My friend ordered scrambled eggs and they were delicious. We will definitely be back - I just have to order what he had.

Around 5pm on a Friday we were greeted and seated and told our server would be right there to take our order. A few minutes later the person who seated us came back and said sorry for the confusion and she took our order. Apparently the person who was supposed to wait on us was in a meeting. A few minutes after she took our order five people came out of the kitchen area and gathered around a register. Could have been a training meeting. I don't know. Not a good time for a meeting as the place was starting to fill up. Anyway the person who served us (355200 Rollene) did a great job of recovering from the apparent mis-communication we received our food quickly and it was good as usual. Just seemed like not the best time to have a meeting.

kyle is very attentive, is our 1st time to visit this place and my husband like it a lot so we are going back for dinner.

My thought would be that there were not enough servers working at the time we were there...staff were great, but they seemed REALLY busy, and I suspect that might have contributed to service not being as quick as it usually is
