We have eaten at this restaurant several times over the years but this time our food order was not up to quality. I ordered bacon, eggs, toast and stuffed hashbrowns. My eggs and toast were cold; not just lukewarm but COLD. My husband ordered eggs benedict, toast and hashbrowns. Both toast and hashbrowns were cold.

The offer was not fresh. It tasted horrible i'm sure it had sat there for hours. We put cream in, nothing helped. The salmon was dry and tasteless. The baked potato was good and the breakfast meal good.

After food arrived no one checked back for over 20mins. My drink was not refilled amd i waited forever for the check. Not a happy camper

Ordered 2 Valentines Day Specials. Both dinners were missing onion rings which were listed as being included. Called the waitress over and asked where they were and. She said "we ran out". Nothing else was offered as replacement?? Herb bread was cold. Ran out of iced tea and ice water before she showed up for any refills. For a 24 hour restaurant, how were any orders of onion rings going to be filled? It would have been diplomatic to offer a replacement for missing onion rings without us having to ask where they were.

Ordered breakfast for dinner. Scrambled eggs were thin and greasy. Grapes were poor quality. No flavor and under ripe. Toast was standard fair. Not worth $10.

Must have caught the crew at shift change. took nearly 10 minutes to be recognized and seated. Another 10 minutes to place order - we had to ask to place the order. Then it too 43 minutes before the food was served (by this time we were keeping track of the time). Again, we finally had to ask where the order was - nothing exotic: pot roast and a burger On the positive side, the food was served hot, flavor and quantity good. Extremely slow service NOT up to Shari's usual. Overall, just over an hour from the time we entered the restaurant until the food was served.

I would rather speak to someone from a corporate office and not a general manager from the location I went to.

nothing more than previously discussed, other than the servers appeared to be rushed and in turn were abrupt in discussing menu and in giving you time to make selection. The coffee did not stay hot in the coffee craft

I placed an order to go the guy said ok will be done in 15min was totally ok with that but when I came to pick it up they were rude said no order was placed are you sure you even. Called uhm ya no of course not I just drove here for no reason well they said you must have called Bellingham I showed them the call and they just shrugged it off and were extremely rude
