Shari's

The food that was ordered for my daughter was not what was ordered when brought out. I asked for the fruit to be brought out first while the rest of her food was being re-made, and it was not. Also, I hadn't decided what I was going to eat when my husband and daughters orders were placed. Our waitress said she'd be back to take my order but she didn't return to take it until my husbands and daughters food was brought out. Also, I asked for no straw in my drink yet the drink was brought out with a straw.

We waited a very long time to be waited on, it was like we weren't there. Then when we did order they took a very long time to get our food. When they brought the food they plopped it down, left and never came back. Three items were missing from our order, we never got them. The soup was lukewarm, the salad greens looked like they went out and pick the dandelion greens. The orange slices were bad, big soft spot on the orange, making it very sour. We never got the glass of milk that came with the kids meal. We were there over two and a half hours, most of it waiting to order, and then waiting for our food. Only two waitresses in the whole place, (not enough) to wait on all the people in the place. Food was not worth the wait, to nice places to go. Sorry to say "I will NEVER go to a Shari's again"!

We sat for 23 minutes to see if we could get our tea pots filled with hot water, even held them up. 3 servers walked passed us and didn't acknowledge us. Sad too as when they brought us our tea and pie the check was with it too.

Hostess/Server put us at tiny 2-seater right by kitchen entry and service stand; only 3 ft away she would not answer question, raising voice "I can't hear you!" and then ignored us; when trying to order she insisted on her own interpretations instead of LISTENING to us; while still eating we had to endure someone sweeping the nearby service stand and sweeping the debris toward us 3 ft away from the stand; it was all about her and not us...we are the business that keeps you in business; it would be good if your staff acted like they were interested in LISTENING to what we want, not what they want and at their speed

Valentine's Dinner for two special valid Friday, February 12 - Sunday. February 14, 2016. *Baked Potato available after 4pm. Visited the Burlington, WA Sharis on February 12th to take advantage of the $30 "sweetheart special" Manager would not honor the special SAYING IT WAS FOR February 14 only. As a result the waitress DID NOT receive a tip which I normally give.

The wait person was not attentive to us, the french fries were greasy

8 of us ordered oatmeal at 7am- they had enough to fill 2 orders. I ordered another breakfast with egg beaters. They had no eggbeaters either.

Wrong food was brought. TOLD waitress this and she immediately said it was the kitchens fault as she put in the right order. She left and did not return. About 15 minutes later a m an appeared. In a loud and rough tone he state so you did not like your food!! I said it was the wrong food and He immediately said that could not be true as the kitchen does not make mistakes and said that I order the wrong thing. My friend and I were very aware of what I ordered. He then said that what I had was what I ordered again in loud tone. I told him that I did not want to argue and please bring my check.He again said that I was wrong. As I paid for the meal he did a last minute apology. All I can say is wow. I used to enjoy your meals.

We had 3 waitresses and none of them paid any attention to our table. Had to ask for more water. She didn't even come by to see how our food was it if we needed anything. Didn't clear our plates. Had to flag someone down for our check and to go boxes. Very innatentive! While waiting in line to pay, someone opened up another register and took people who hadn't been standing in line. Food was too salty and the turkey was dry. I didn't even get cranberry sauce. I'm just realizing this. A rip off for 14 dollars. I have the waitress 1 dollar tip which really was too much in this case. Highly dissatisfied! The visit prior to this one had been great. Don't think I'll go back or recommend.

I’m 9 months pregnant, my husband and I were having our last restaurant meal together at shari’s. I’m really mad at myself for even paying the bill. My husband had a dirty rag inside his menu. My water cup had dried milk or syrup something white on it, I drank from the opposite side of the cup which I shouldn’t have. Never got a refil on water and my food was burnt, my husbands skillet was half the size of the skillet. I want our money back I’m so mad we even paid the bill.
