Shari's

I place the same order to go at least once a month and ever single time it’s incirrect. I have let Shari’s correct the order in the past, not anymore this is ridiculous. I order the turkey club on wheat bread with no lettuce and add pickles and every time they put it on Texas toast bread not wheat and this time it had lettuce on it. So frustrating to have to have it corrected every single time!!!

food was undercooked and cold, eggs were cold, potatoes were raw, toast cold, slow service, drinks were not refilled, took an extended amount of time to correct and then they never correct all items and one of the items they corrected they never read how it was ordered so they prepared it incorrectly. Temperature in the building was very cold were they sat us. by the door was warmer then the booth they put us at. They charged us full price, did not offer to discount meal or comp. Complete meal should have been comped, all items had issues spent close to $70.00

GREAT staff! This is my favorite Shari's to go to. Seriously BEST staff of ANY restaurant I have been to. CONSISTENTLY amazing!

1. ordered the friday prime rib special which we assumed included 1/2 price bottle of wine as we have had many times previous, waitress told us when the check arrived that special ended 2 weeks ago, not when we ordered the special. 2. Still unsure if rewards was taken from final bill.

The food and 1st cup of coffee were cold. Told our server and she said she would tell the cook to check it. Told the cashier and he said he would have to tell someone else as he wasn't able to adjust the bill. I told him not to worry, we paid and left without giving a tip and won't go back. This was the 2nd occasion in a couple of months. That is sufficient warning. There are too many restaurants in our area to patronize.

Food was burnt or raw. Took an hour and 15 min to get the food. Waitress was never around. Saw her twice. Accuracy of order was wrong. Had to mgo home and cook food afterwards. Usually not a bad place. Today was down right discusting.

Went for breakfast. Eggs were ice cold when served, half snotty (whites not cooked). Hash-brown potatoes tasted rank from the whatever they try to cook them with. Toast was NOT toasted. Wait staff talked to us like we were stupid, good Lord we're retired and tried to be nice and we were. We did NOT lower our standards to her level. Meat was COLD when served. We will starve before we will step foot back in that place. Almost $25 for something tasteless, rank, and cold. REALLY?????? FOOD is suppose to be served at a certain temp. I regret to inform you, that place is borderline food poisoning. No one asked if our food was alright or if we needed anything else. Just plopped it in front of us and walked off. Frankly I wouldn't have fed it to hogs in the slop tray. We could hear other people complaining about the same issues behind us. They got up and walked out.

one of our parties frenchtoast was cold. my stuffed hashbrowns were luke warm and the potatoe shreads were raw. the portion size of the stuffed hashbrowns was child size. The steak was tough with no flavor. They did get the eggs cooked correctly though. It was not a 30.00 dollar meal.

This is 2nd time I was ignored for up to 8 min with no one else waiting to be greeted/seated. The salad I ordered didn't come as advertised (lack of avocado and balsamic vinegarette was drizzled on the bread points for looks and so little on the salad itself (I was remiss in not asking for dressing on side) that the majority of salad was dry. Also noticed that 2 l'il old ladies like I am waited an inordinate length of time for san and salad while a young couple who came in after them was served first. No doubt trainees are on the early 2-4pm shift, and I understand lapses of service. BUT THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR LETTING ME COOL MY HEELS FOR SO LONG BEFORE BEING RECOGNIZED

Ordered an omelette without cheese. It was obvious they put cheese on it and then tried to take it off. The melted cheese was still on the inside, could taste it with the first bite.
