The server was to buisy talking to other customers about life things thn to bother with us. After about 10 min I finally asked the other server for a box and check. She was great her name was Hermila. She then checked us out. The other gal never said anything. Hermila was going to talk with the gal who ignored us. We placed a to go order from sharies online when calling the guy named Matt was extremely rude as I was asking simple questions as I was looking at the menu online he was stuttering and then become argumentative and did not even know what he was talking about I asked for the price since it was 12.99 online and 14.29 apparently there that's seriously a 1.30 difference and we asked if we could show online he didn't respond and told us our food would be ready so my husband goes in asks nicely for a price adjustment shows the guy the only price he refuses to show my husband the menus price and would not price adjust he was extremely rude we grabbed the food and refused to come back because of how he treated us more than the stupid 1.30 issue

The greeted ignored us and looked behind us to seat the 3 men that came in after us. The waiter brought us our check before we even got our food had no water. Our waiter never came to check on us. The chicken fried steak tasted like chicken nuggets from McDonald's the mashed potatoes where gummy and the sautéed veggies where drenched in butter that filled my plate and my husband's fries where soggy and cold.

We had gone to Shari's for the Prime Rib & 1/2 price bottle of wine Friday night dinner. We arrived at 4:40 PM and there was no prime Rib nor was it expected within a short time frame. We ended up having to order something else.
