Our server (Rollene--355200) went soooooooooo far above & beyond on a day you appeared understaffed. She asked the chef to hurry our order when we explained thst we might have to forfeit the queu due a pending med appointment, Then, when an eggs-hashbrowns-sausage plate arrived lukewarm, she got it replaced within 10 minutes. All of this, Rollene accomplished with a smile--couldn't have been friendlier--and the replacement breakfast was outstanding, delicious. My only complaint with Shairi's is that the receipt instructions for taking ths survey were written too small to read for one with less than 20-20 vision. And the survey itself is ponderous. Why not simply let us write our commendation or complaint and ONLY THEN make us take time to fill in the blanks? Our best, Jan & Kevin Larson, Anacortes

We've been going here for years and have always found the food to be very good, and the wait staff helpful and enjoyable. They know us by name, and we know most of them by name too. I guess, they're not just wait staff to us, they're friends.

Rolllene our server was the best! Friendly, but not intrusive. Great team of employees at this Sharis!!!!

Michelle is an amazing server. She was prompt and friendly and had a great attitude. Because of Michelle we will be coming back more often!

There food is really good

The Server, Serenity was a class act...really nice, professional and hard working.

Martha is an outstanding chief/cook. Kymm service is always outstanding. Cassandra helped me with the internet. The other waitress is always friendly. Food is great as usual, great price and comfortable to visit.
