Shari's

In the past we have had exceptional service from the waitress Tricia. She was a big reason we decided to return to Shari's. Such a positive experience. This visit we were waited on by Michelle. She was very knowledgeable & friendly. The pie I had wanted had sold out, but Michelle made recommendations that really helped. She also worked around my fiancé's picky tastes. We learned about the new points program & I enjoyed my free piece of pie! Both waitresses were a delight. Service like this will keep us coming back. I should note though, the restaurant was very busy and that poor girl looked like she was waiting every single table alone! She did amazing but get her some help. You don't want to burn out excellent staff like that.

Michell S was friendly, attentive, and checked back on us frequently. The food was up to what we know as "Shari's par". Once again, no other coffee shop chain stores, such as Denney's or IHOP match Shari's food and team members.

Our server (Freeman?) was excellent. We went here for our anniversary, and we're very happy we chose Shari's. The food was delicious, and our kids loved the cherry pie we took home.

The food was served hot, we received what we ordered , the burger was prepared as we ordered it. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was supberb
