We pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the operation due to the fact that they were extremely busy and the food was cooked to perfection.

The waitress, Crystal was very warm and professional and she was very familiar with the menu. She brewed a new pot of dcaf and kept me informed of the progress. Very kind and considerate.

Our waitress Kay (!!!) gave THE BEST SERVICE I have ever experienced. She was extremely friendly, attentive, helpful and overall pleasant. She made sure we got what we wanted and was able to talk with us and be thorough with our order while fairly busy. I will be a reoccuring customer because of Kay, Sharis is VERY, Very lucky to have her.

The place was fairly busy, but I was seated quickly. I was offered something to drink upon being seated, and the waitress took my order as soon as I was ready. The manager came by and checked on my and also cashed me out as I left. She did an excellent job.

The service was fast and the order was correct, and drinks were refilled.

Our server Crystal was very friendly, fast and efficient. She responded right away to my husband's dissatisfaction with an undercooked baked potato and got him mashed potatoes instead. We always receive great service at this particular Sharis.

Good service and the food was ready in no time so that I could be off and on my merry way

The overall Shari's experience was outstanding. However, if you are going to have the Oregon Lottery machines in the back room, the same quick service must be provided to those people. I would recommend a place that a person could signal that they need help/cash a ticket or play Keno, so the front would know to make a trip to the back room.

My order was taken promptly and plated beautifully. I ordered the shrimp omelet with tomatoes and avacado. It was delicious! Vanessa did a great job of taking care of me.

Our server/hostess, Courtney, was above and beyond normal wait-staff. She was super friendly/happy/attentive/order was correct and served in nominal amt of time. Courtney was extremely helpful and available --always checking to make sure we didn't need anything without being intrusive. Food was excellent as well.
