Food & service were good

I am a clinically diagnosed diner addict and you guys let me get my fix without having to feel ashamed.

we visited the West Linn Shari's on Fathers Day. We were seated immediatly ,at a nice clean lovely booth and greeted right away by our server Kay. We ordered and recieved our delicious lunch right away. We had a wonderful time and our server Kay was so friendly and so helpful we told her she made our day, and she was very good at her job....We thank her again, and Thank you Shari's for the great hire.

It is convenient and friendly.

Waitress was a one in a million. Friendly, well groomed, knowledgeable with menu and suggestions for appetizers and desserts she was wonderful! Wish there were more people that serve food with grace and personality. Very pleased!

Prime rib nite and all was just fine.

my server, Kay, was very informative regarding menu items. she specifically recommended a breakfast item that had fresh spinach that i might have overlooked. she was very attentive and pleasant. the restaurant itself was fairly busy but was pleasantly quiet. there have been times in the past when some of the staff have had loud conversations between themselves over the top of customers' conversations. i dislike hearing disgruntled employees discussing work related problems. they need to be more cognizant of their surroundings. other than that, this is a nice clean restaurant with good food.

The quality and presentation of the food remains high at the various Shari's we visit.

I go to Shari's several times a week. Crystal the server has a great memory and remembers small details of our order. She is pleasant and makes us feel at home. The receptionist is also very pleasant, and we like this Shari's best of the three in my area. I live in Oregon City but prefer West Linn Shari's.

Staff was attentive, courteous, energetic, and funny. Very pleased.
