There was only one waitress trying to "do it all". Kay was simply great, but I felt sorry for her as she didn't have the help she needed. There was one girl washing windows when we came in and I felt she would have been better used helping Kay. She later did come in and start seating people and helping. Kay told me later that she was new. The young man who a little later came out and started cleaning tables and cleaning dishes and putting them in the cart to go to the kitchen was quick and efficient. Overall we were really satisfied and knew our delays were because Kay had just too much to do.

We were playing the slots and didn't pay much attention to our server. My malt could have used more malt in it for my taste.

Food is ok, not the best. Wished your pies tasted better, especially the crust and whip cream. It tastes artificial, not homemade.

Waitress was great!! Had the senior salmon dinner with baked potato & veg. The potato was just warm, the vegetables were under cooked for my taste.

The location we were at it was definitely understaffed

Well, honestly I was as satisfied as I would expect from Shari's. I reserve the use of "Highly satisfied" for truly above and beyond things. If you wanted to do anything to be above the rest, become gratuity free (no tipping expected/required) and instead. That would make you really standout and lead the way. I'd come a lot more just to support the movement.

I ordered the Parmesan tot casserole. There weren't very many of them for the price, and they weren't very hot. I don't think I will order that item again.

asked for crisp bacon...kay wrote it on the order....bacon was mostly crisp...had to tear off about 1/2 piece of bacon overall and leave on plate as it was not completely done.

The service and the food were all good. However, this restaurant in West Linn is very dated, looks worn and should be remodeled. I recently was in the Happy Valley Shari's on 122nd, which has been beautifully remodeled. The West Linn Shari's sure needs a remodel like this and I'm sure you would see an increase in business. We have been going to the West Linn Shari's since in opened and the interior now looks very out of date. We even asked the waitress if they are going to be updating and remodeling soon and she said she was not aware of any plans to do that. It is depressing to go in the West Linn Shari's after being in the one in Happy Valley. So I decided I would complete your survey and encourage you to remodel if you want to continue to be a competitive dining destination in West Linn. Thank You!!
