Shari's

I was satisfied. It was exactly what I expected for a neighborhood restaraunt, that we frequent often.

Our waitress Jessica was great and the food was good..but we are finding that the food is more and more not hot..we frequent many different Shari's because we travel a lot...it is a common thread.

Highly is very best. not the very best. stopped on way home out of town.

My meal size seemed a bit small for a salad entree.

I reserved 'highly satisfied' for over-the-top, exceptional quality/service. I was happy with my experience and like Shari's a lot. This is not an insult--in fact, I think Shari's overall is the reason I continue to choose it over other places (also that it has more open hours than most places).

Shari's has good milkshakes

Hardly any sour cream in the stuffed hash browns and the steaks were rare not medium rare. No beans on the nachos. Very plain.

I am disappointed you are discontinuing the triple berry pie

the booth seats are broken down and you feel like you are sitting on the floor with no padding. we come every sunday for breakfast but i am thinking of going some place else due to the seats. they are not confortable. fix them and i will continue to come

The main thing about Sahris is you can get a decent meal 24/7/365. We went to the West Linn store between 5:30 and 6 and low and behold the store was not open? Makes no sense, we were told it is the ONLY store in system not open 24/7 which is disappointing since I passed over 2 other places I knew were open to visit there. They were prompt about opening right at 6 but at 42 degrees outsideand waiting that was disappointing. great Server with the right attitude did everything she could to apologize and make things fun once we were inside but you need to be consistent now I am not confident I can go to Shari's anytime for a decent meal. THe food and service were good more corporate policy that has me disappointed
