They were greatly short staffed, which led to poor service!

The food isn't always the best but I love the shakes

to repeat. The salmon chowder was greasy and no detectable salmon. The waitress was friendly and apologized. The rest of the food was good.

We were not greeted when we entered. We were seated fairly soon, but it took a long time for our order to be taken. We were served our salads and water. Eventually, someone came and asked if we saved room for pie. We said we did not have our meals yet. She asked what kind of soup we ordered. We said we had just had our salad. She asked what we ordered and said she would check on it. Eventually, we got out food. No rolls, although she said she was going back to get them. No one came to see if everything was ok. I finally got someone's attention and she asked if we saved room for pie. We asked for our rolls, some jam, more water, and our check.

The avocados on the Spring Spinach Omelet looked strange and fake. We asked the server about their appearance. She offered to bring new avocados but was told by the cooks that any replacements will look the same. Apparently, they are pre-prepared and refrigerated. Very unappetizing and disappointing. The avocados were the best part of the dish!

Three different stores. Service was very slow in each one. Might visit sharies twice a year or so. Same experience every time. Get seated right away. Then wait. And wait. And wait. Maybe high backed booths block view of the servers. They don’t know we’re here?

Ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with Gravy on side; arrived smothered in gravy, eggs and potatoes barely room temperature...They remade my meal... After our recent snow storm, the Handicap parking spaces were not shoveled making it dangerous to get from and to our car...Such a condition leaves Shari's open to slip and fall suits...

I was very disappointed in the senior french toast that I ordered. It had two very small pieces of regular white bread. Usually french toast is done with nice thick french bread. The price I paid was way too much for the little breakfast received! I understand that the senior menu has smaller portions but this was ridiculous. If it had even come with an egg or one slice of bacon it would have been a better deal. I will never order that again!

I Ordered the lunch trio. Soup (squash) was one of my choices. It was totally disgusting, tasted terrible, certainly NOT like you served last season. Kindly check out this soup and choose to either eliminate it from the menu or return to the variety served last year. Surely did NOT get my lunch TRIO today. Also you eliminated from the menu another of my favorites: the crepes. I LOVED those. It would be nice if you refunded the price of my lunch.

The Shari's Crepes with fruit that I ALWAYS order is currently UNAVAILABLE. A THICK pancake type of dough was served in a similar fashion. TOO much dough, not acceptable.
