Cynthia was very very sweet as she took our order and checked up on our table. She made conversation with us, which I really appreciate.

Prompt, courteous, and tasty

Speedy, our server was very friendly, well organized and knowledgable. He was working with a group of 19 who came in a very different times and was the group was very disorganized. He handled it very well. Our food came out cold he took care of it quickly and we were able to get fed timely and off to our other gathering on time. Speedy is an amazing employee.

Waitress was very attentive as well as hostess.

Sandoval was exceptional! Very friendly and curteous and delivered excellent customer service, not just to us but the other tables around as well.

I like this Shari's because they always accommodate me with all my food allergies. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.

Samantha was great. Service tonight was fantastic. You have a very friendly and attentive staff. Samantha informed us that it was free pie Wednesday (we were unaware of this) we thought that was an awesome deal especially since we had our children with us. We all enjoyed our meals and pie very much. When we were at the register paying for our meal, our daughter Elizabeth gave Samantha a little flower. Samantha seemed so excited to receive it. It was very sweet. When we left the restaurant, we didn't even get all the way into the car before the kids started asking when we can go to Shari's next. We will definitely be returning.

The food was excellent. The waitress checked to see if we needed anything often.
