Our server Sandoal was very helpful when we asked him questions. My husband had asked for extra butter which he brought right away. We enjoy coming to this Shari's.

This is the Shari's my husband and I most often visit & normally the entire experience is excellent. However, with this visit, I received my baked potato cool enough that the butter & sour cream did not melt completely. It took a long time for our order to be delivered to our table. By husband's steak dinner was hot due to the skillet it comes on. My chicken strip dinner was the one that was merely warm. Being as we were there the evening before Thanksgiving Day, the staff were having a steady stream of people coming in to order and pick up as many as 7 & 8 pies at a time, thus slowing down their attention to diners. We did not want to make the staff more frustrated trying to keep up, so we did not complain, only saying they sure were swamped. Our suggestion is that next time around with an upcoming holiday, 2 to 3 servers be assigned to man a register for pie orders & pick-ups

I was addressed by name immediately upon my arrival and escorted to the booth where my friend was waiting for me, by Rhonda the waitress!

The service was exceptional the food was prepared exactly as we wanted it.
