Shari's

Service was great

Went to Shari's for free pie night. The wait staff was great and the manager very accommodating.

Felt we were not seated soon enough and it took quite awhile before we were able to order. Soup was lukewarm but didn't send it back because I didn't want to wait longer.

did not have what I ordered. Had to order something else

The server should have informed us of any specials, it was a Friday night, there should have been a special. The restaurant was not busy, he should have checked on our drinks. I didn't know a vegetable didn't come with the steak dinner, I would have ordered a salad.

Everything went fine. After we ordered our meal, the waitress came back to say that they were out of sweet potato fries and rice pilaf. She provided other side choices, which we took. She then had to come back again to say they were out of mashed potatoes. She offered another side that we took. the problem was resolved to our satisfaction, but since this shortage occurred during the dinner hour (6:30 pm), it surprised us a little that the restaurant was not more prepared. These are not unusual items.

foods are good, but not super good. bottle beer , coors light charge too much.

On a previous evening there was a situation where Shari's was clearly understaffed for the evening, and while I don't have a problem with it, I feel that if there was another person on the floor things could've gone smoother

I am always satisfied with my Shari's experience because everything is exactly how I would like it. One reason is because the server is always alert and attentive to myself. Another reason is because the food is always perfect and tastes right

I think "highly satisfied" sounds like an extreme. I was quite satisfied. Thank you. :)
