The server didn't come to check on us to see if everything was ok and didn't refill water glass. And we had to ask another server to get our check for us. The floor by our table was dirty I had to take my foot to push away food on the floor before I could get into the booth.

Warm beer,manager unpleasant.😞

The strawberrys tasted like canned and too sweet.

I had the fish and chips two of the fish were over cooked, the others were just right.

The waitress that was assigned to the section we were seated in ignored us and you could tell she did not know what she was doing. Marianna the hostess (who was just recently hired) noticed and came over and took our order and took care of us thru out our whole meal. Marianna was a delight and her attitude and helpfulness was quite refreshing. You need to hire more like Marianna

I love salad and this one was just ok. Not great! My soup was about the only thins I liked. My grilled cheese tasted funky because of grilled parmesian on the outside of the bread. I wont have that again.

Apparently new cashier - had problems - took at least 5+ minutes to check out, have not this problem in the past. The food received did not look anything like the picture.

Basically we were highly satisfied. Not in my nature to always give "highly satisfied". No complaints, the service was great, food was good, hot and prompt. Waitress was new on the job but she did a great job, and we told her so. We eat here often.
