The service was great and our server did a very good job. I used to work in the restaurant business so I know how stressful it can get at times. Samantha paid great attention to us and was very friendly. However I was not satisfied with what I felt was a very disqualified manager. I did not appreciate the way that she was talking to her employees in front of us or in front of anyone for that matter. She seemed very rude. There was also a customer sitting a few tables away from us who was told (by a server) to please stop using profanities and being inappropriate to two females sitting close to him or he would be asked to leave. I feel like that was something that should have been handled by the manager instead of her just standing there watching it happen and not only that but as she walked away she said "that guy has serious mental problems" she said it loud enough for me to hear it and I wouldn't be surprised if the guy heard it himself. Other than that though like I said our server was great. I will still be returning and I'm hoping that maybe the manager was just having an off day.

The food preparation at this Sharis always is slower than other Sharis restaurants we go to. Quality of food is not as good as other non-Sharis restaurants we go to, but is ok and the store location is convenient.

I have called in three breakfast orders to pick up and they all were the same. Each time I picked up the order the pricing was different. The second time I ordered breakfast the server was nice enough to tell me how to order breakfast to make it cheaper for me. So, I was very frustrated at the first time I highly over paid for a breakfast...somehow on the third breakfast it was even cheaper than the second. Consistency would be nice. I would like to think that any of the servers would be nice enough to let you know how to make a to go order cheaper or even in house. I would assume that it is standard, or the first person, did not pay attention or care. And have no idea why my third order was cheaper. Food and staff were great in Woodburn

This was my first time placing an online order. I was not satisfied with the ordering process online. There was no space to place notes which required me to call. There was issue when checking out. I used a survey code from mini survey for the mozz sticks and the cashier did not ask for my rewards # which did not allow me to use the 20% off a breakfast item. I did not need to pay as much as I did. We also were missing bacon in the kids meal .

Table was sticky, it looked like it was wiped down, but there was a stickiness on the table. They need to rise their wash clothes in SOAP and scrub the tables down good, and not reuse dirty water. I was on my lunch break (one hr.) and it took approx 35/40 mintues to receive my meal. The meal was excellent. The waiter didn't bother to stop by my table to see if everything was ok. The only time he stopped by was when he brought my dish. Not very friendly either. Needless to say, he didn't get a tip. If the food wasn't so good, I'd probably not return.

The bread of my sandwich was old and dry. I brought that to the attention of the waitress but was ignored. The soup and pie was good and outstanding in that order.
