Shari's

Mainly the bacon in the omelet and lack of waitresses' awareness of me trying to get their attention for a problem. I would specifically ask that the bacon be crisp and I put up with not being satisfied approx. 6 times, then I asked for the manager. What I found out is that the cook had been using bacon bits and there were fat pieces in the omelet that made me gag. So,this time the mgr. had me ask for real bacon fried crisp, then put in the omelet and it was perfect. I cannot believe a restaurant such as Shari's would use bacon bits such as they do.

The potatoes in the loaded potato soup were hard and crunchy and the soup was barely warm. Had to flag down a wait person to get a piece of pie. (Was not asked if there was anything else I would like).

Krystyn was great, food was cold and eggs were over cooked. For being late at night the last 2 times, there have been children running around and screaming, parents just ignoring them. Not a pleasant atmosphere when trying to have a quiet dinner.

Being a senior citizen, I was very disappointed that you changed the senior menu. You removed the breakfast & lunch & only have dinner. Lunch is when I usually go to eat & have been for several years. The service is very good here in Woodburn. You just need to give back the full senior menu! Thank you

Waitress #1 was very jittery...nervous. Just fluttered around everywhere. And she had to be reminded of parts of our order. Asked 3d's for crackers; asked 2d's for sugar packets for iced tea. And waitress #2 would not shut up. Waitress #2 finally brought us sugar and then started talking About some older older lady wanting honey in get iced tea and what a problem that was for her...and she talked and talked but wasn't listening. At one point (to be friendly) my husband mentioned he liked "iced tea" and she replied, "Oh yes, old people like tea." we were like...just shut up all ready. The whole visit (and food too) was very irritating.

It too long for someone to take our orders. We also waited for about 45 minutes to receive our food. Our hamburgers were quite dry and partially charred. At no moment did anyone apologize for the long delay on everything.

never got greeted, had to seat myself at the counter, never got a menu, got ticket with food, wasn't asked if I wanted pie, Everybody that checked out while I was there had a problem with their ticket or order. wait staff and kitchen staff were speaking a foreign language and chatting and not paying attention to customers.checking out is SLOW and causes patrons to back up and block the aisles. In the last year the portion of the American Chopped salad has shrunk by almost half!

Both my children ordered crapes and they were refrigerator temperature and rubbery. Tgey ordered them in the past and they were warm and of a nice consistency. I myself ordered ham and eggs. The ham was like a thick lunch meat and didn't taste the best. Toast was cold.

I ordered a bowl of loaded potato soup and garlic bread. My soup was almost cold, sent it back, and still received it barely warm. My garlic toast was burned and ineatible. The waitress never came back to check if things were ok or refill my beverage. The waitress noticed that I had not eaten my bread but did not ask what was wrong. This not the first time we have had a bad experience at this location . We did not come back for almost a year. Looks like we will not come back again.

I order a burger with egg and when i got it the egg wasnt cook well so i asked if they could re do it and she said yes well guess what the second time it was the same way i cant eat raw food because im pregnant second we asked for 2 sprite sodas and we got water and we still paid the sodas and the last thing was i order a sirlion steak dinner and was missing my garlic bread ...it had never happened before so i was kindda upset.
