Shari's

Wait for food was too long.....then when it arrived it was cold and not the style egg I ordered plus the waitresses were arguing with each other and holding our food not delivering it.....must have sat on counter way to long......worst service

After l/2 hour, they returned to say they ran out of mashed potatoes. Brought my wife's spring omelet and it was cold and burned toast. Changed order from chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes to pancakes. Then they came back with plate of chicken fried steak and extra vegetables to make up for the mashed potatoes. What a disaster!!!!!

Thewaitress had been drinking, she had no clue what to do next. The other waitress that took or order apparently wrote down something tha a omlette as we wrer brought Chicken fried steak.

Four of us dined at Shari's in Woodburn, OR. I ordered steak, med rare. Done at one end and extremely rare at the other end. The seasoned vegetables went from hot, luke warm, to very cold. The baked potato was done, but the sour cream and butter were on the side. One butter for potato and roll. Seemed odd to me. My friend ordered the Tri-meal consisting of half a toasted cheese sandwich, soup or salad, and pie. The toasted cheese looked awful, the clam chowder tasted bad, and she had to wait forever for the pie. My son ordered the fish & chips. The fish was prepared wrong. Paying $12.00 for mozzalella sticks and a shake are outlandish. I usually eat at Shari's on Lancaster Drive in Salem. That Shari's is great, but I will never, never eat at Shari's in Woodburn, again.

there were only six tables occupied when we arrived. it was nearly an hour before we received our food. one order was wrong. the restaurant was not clean. later that night I became sick to my stomach. this has never happened to me after eating.

This is the third time we have had to ask for the pot of coffee. If they were busy it would be understandable but they are not. You advertise free pie Wednesday but fail to advertise it cost a dollar for most of the pies. Our food had been cool on the last three visits, not cold but not hot. The service is slow!!!

First egg was overlooked. I asked for whites cooked and yolk runny. After waiting for server to finish vacuuming and I asked for an egg that was not overcooked. After quite some time I received a plate with 2 undercooked eggs with the white runny and barely cooked. Iced tea was watered down and we were cheap for a large orange juice instead of the iced tea

Salads chicken was dry, plate had pepper on all the food, waitress said the wrong dressing was on the salad and they just put right dressing on the side. Burger was dried out. Had to ask for ketchup.

Neither the server or manager seemed to know if mushrooms were in a Quiche Lorraine. We asked but no one bothered to come back with an answer. My eggs were over poached on the shrimp be Benedict they were recooked but by then the rest of my meal was look warm ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

my husband and I came for breakfast. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast which was fine. My husband had the T-bone steak and eggs, he ordered his steak medium rare. It came well done and our server Stephanie was very nice to check if it was done to his likeness, since it wasn't she took it back and had another one prepared for him. The second steak was more medium to medium well and seemed to be cooked uneven. It was raw toward the bone. We didn't wait long for our order to be taken, be we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our food to be served. This is not the server's fault but perhaps your cooking staff needs help with time management when preparing orders. We have been to this Shari's many times and have experienced the same long wait time for food to be served. I'm not sure what the problem is, but it is a problem that needs to be fixed. Thank you.
