Our baby was screaming so we ordered to-go as to not disrupt other patrons of the restaurant. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp with loaded hash browns and NO ONIONS. He repeated this 2 times to Autumn that took our order. His steak could not have been 4 ounces it was so small. He had green onions dumped on everything like it was a joke for asking for no onions they dumped a huge amount of them on everything. They also threw 3 very over cooked onion rings on top of his tiny steak. Again.. No onions! He got only 4 pieces of shrimp that were over cooked. The amount of hashbrowns looked like a child's serving.. His meal was very expensive and the portions were pathetic. I ordered a bowl of soup. They gave me a cup. The sandwich I ordered was supposed to come on wheat bread and they gave me sourdough which I hate. Our bill came to $30.27 for these 2 pathetic meals..

Our server was extremely rude during our entire visit. Her name was autumn. Service was very slow, and anytime we asked for anything, the server has an attitude and made us feel like we were bothering her. The restaurant was not busy and we could hear or server was exactly the same way with other customers. She forgot our salad and then instead of taking it off the bill, she took off a beverage from the other peon of the bill after weach had it split. So my mother would still have to pay for the salad that she never got, and then I would have the sodd discounted. When I explained it didn't make sincentives that way, the server was visibly irritated and was very rude about fixing the bill.

I ordered a bacon and cheese omelet with stuffed hash browns and received ham and cheese omelet with non-stuffed hash browns on a to-go order.

It took us over 15 minutes to place our order. The food took forever to be brought to us and the vegetables were very cold. I asked about the rewards card before paying and then was told my purchase could not be put on the card because the check was closed before the waitress got someone else to help with the problem.

1. Food was lifeless, bland, no particular flavor. 2. Your menu: All items about $10. Choices are terrible. Gluten free Choices? Watching carbs, so not a place to eat. I like to match with my life style.

Service was bad/slow. Order was not correct. Part of the food was cold. No one did anything to help. I don't usually complain but it was the worst restraunt experience I have had in last 2 years.

The flyer for Free Pie on Wednesday does not indicate it is only good after 4PM. We asked the server to double check with management and the manager indicated the free pie was not good until after 4PM even though it did not say it on the flyer.

There were four tables and approximately 10 guest when we came in and leaving, our server guessed she would have to take ordered and was not pleased. We received one coffee carafe for 2 people. She brought one order (breakfast) in pieces first eggs, hash browns, tst. Forgot the bacon and my husbands salmon and potatoes, forgot the salad not to mention she was confused on which table to serve it to. The breakfast order was cold and when she brought it back I burned my thumb and finger which blistered on a plate the cook microwaved my order and the food was not edible. So I offered to pay for the bacon and decided I would cook myself breakfast at. Home. So no I would of understood if they had been busy but other patrons left before their orders arrived as well. When we arrived, we were not greeted. There was 1 other small family there waiting before us. After a few minutes, we walked up to the hostess who only said our wait would be a while (even though we clearly saw at least 3 tables open). As we waited, we noticed a lady in the kitchen with her hair down and a baseball cap on. When we were finally sat, the hostess(Adriana) did not say 1 word to us, not even to follow her. Our server was great, she was friendly and attentive. When we got our food, about a hour hour later, most of it was cold and either over cooked, reheated or undercooked. We didn't have time to ask for it to be redone, so we ate what we could. We asked to speak to the manager, which ended up being the lady in the kitchen without a hair net, and she was not very nice. She made excuses the whole time as to why it took long and why our food wasn't cooked right. She offered to take off 2 out of 4 meals, but didn't appologize. Needless to say, we won't be going.
