Shari's

After a 25minute wait for our food, and there wer hardly any people at the restrauntthe bread was hard and onion rings were uneatable. Just a bad experience!!

was seated then waited 10 minute for drinks, then waited 15 additional minutes to place order...was understaffed, asst mgr more interested in sitting with area mgr than helping out...observed 1 table tire of wait and walk out, The gm was not here otherwise service would have been much better... asst mgr cared more about area mgr than noticing that they were too busy for him to sit around

We stopped for dinner on our way home. The waitress didn't look very friendly. She did finally come and take our order. My husband walked by the kitchen to go use the restroom and noticed our food sitting there. And when we walked by about 3-5 minutes later it was STILL sitting there. After returning to the table it was another 5 minutes before they brought it to us. We then had to ask for my son's side salad that he ordered. And half way through eating we discovered the kids hadn't gotten there drinks. And when we asked about them, she seemed annoyed. I had ordered a prime rib dip. It came with Roast beef not prime rib, big difference in taste, and there was no cheese or horseradish on it either, and by the time we got our food, my bread was all soggy and gross. We will NOT ever be going back to Shari's. And for not having more than 3 tables with customers in it. It was SLOW service and the food should have been hot, instead we got everything warm and had to ask for drinks and the salad. Very disappointed!

My dinner salad was not brought out before my meal. When my hot food arrived, I had to ask for my dinner salad. I also didn't receive a roll with my meal. My husband ordered pancakes and they were visibly burnt and tasted burnt. I had to ask for a refill of my soda. Our server never came back and checked on us so we were not able to send back burnt pancakes.

My wife, daughter, and I went to Shari's. Almost immediately after our visit both my wife and I experienced violent stomach cramps. Daughter appears to not have same result but she also barely touched her food. The confusing part is my wife and I ordered two completely different items. BLT vs. Chicken and waffles. The only thing in common is we both had pepsi to drink.

A friend of mine and I came to your restaurant in the afternoon. My friend ordered one of your smoothies and piece of lemon/sour cream pie to go. I ordered a slice of coconut cream pie to go. The lady who waited on us had some difficulty in getting our order together, answering the phone, and taking money from customers wanting to leave. She was working alone at the front desk while one of the other team members was busy vacuuming/sweeping the carpeting. When I got home and sat down to eat my pie, I was surprised to find I had the wrong flavor of pie -- I had the lemon/sour cream pie. When I called my friend to find out if she enjoyed my coconut cream pie, she informed me that she does not like coconut, so she was highly disappointed as well.

We went for prime rib and ordered side salads. the salads came after the main course was served the prime rib was to be med rare they replaced it twice and it was still med or doner it was also cold. The young gentleman came over and asked me how med rear was supposed to be cooked I told him red but not raw the best they did was med to well done. My husband's order was just as bad he doesn't complain as much as me but he does not like cold food especially meat and potatoes. We eat a Sharis on a regular bases this is the worst we've had in a long time

There was barley anyone in the restaurant. It was almost impossible to get refills on our drinks. Our food took almost 45 min to get to our table. My hash-browns and pancakes were burnt and my bacon was disgusting. I will never return to this location and will warn everyone i know about how HORRIBLE this location is! ??????????????????
