Leaf are is an excellent waitress. Very attentive and helpful.

Amy went out of her way to make sure that the Iced Tea /Lemonade was perfect. It at first had a funny taste and upon us saying something about it she made sure that she got to the bottom of the issue. She found out that the Lemonade Concentrate was empty. So she made sure to put a new one in and make the drinks again this time perfect. Much appreciated and Thank You Amy you made the Difference :)

Response was immediate by hostess. Penny, server, was immediately at table for order, very friendly, and checked back to make sure food was alright. She took my bill, money, and Shari's card and returned immediately with change. Everything was satisfactory.

I have always been satisfied with my experience at all Shari's I have visited.

The food is always good. There are so many choices. Server is one of our favorites. Very fast.

Jasmine was very professional friendly and proficient. She restored my faith in Shari's. I had a terrible experience recently at the federal way location, and it almost ruined Shari's for me. My family and I will never go to Federal Way again, but Summit you're 5 stars in my book. Amelia my 2 year old and I came in exhausted and hungry with our moving adventure. We left your establishment feeling content in our tummies and appreciated as a customer. Thank you for going above and beyond expectations and showing pride in your work. When servers and cooks love what they do, it shows!

My server, Shanna was very professional, friendly and fast in taking and processing my order. My wait time was approx. 10 minutes from the time she took my order to being served. I had the chicken fried steak and salad. I have been a costumer at this location for approx. 6 years and have had several waiters over those years, I feel Shanna did the best job of all! I have eaten there at various times of the day......the afternoon shift does a much better job than the day shift does on the service side. Some day servers are slow in serving, seating and taking your order. I feel your hostess Rene was most efficient and friendly, smiled and made me feel like she cared about serving the customer and has a great attitude and smile.
