We were greeted immediately with a smile and friendly service. We enjoyed the atmosphere and good food. We did have to wait a minute for service, but the team were attentive and we didn't feel like it was a long wait or inconvenience at all. Travelled from Federal Way to eat at this location. Thank you for making it worth the drive!

Sue did an outstanding job of serving us. She greeted us with a smile and a twinkle in her eyes. The Coffee That we ordered was hot, black, and came as fast as a rocket taking off for outer space. The food that we received was hot like a hot iron and it was perfectly done in every way just like we ordered with no errors. Everything was fine as fine as a hair on a frog except Sue's one line jokes could use a little improvement. Other than that, Sharis is huge place for me.

This was our first visit to Shari's. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The music playing wasn't too loud and the menu certainly gives you a lot to chose from. Our server Patty was very friendly and informative and fun. The idea of free pie on Wednesday is wonderful and something that is going to encourage to visit again.
