Service is ALWAYS slow at this location, from the time it takes to put in our order to the time it takes to receive it. ALWAYS have had to plan on extra time in our day if we ever do visit, which isn't often because of the wait.

Just previous to our order, a UBER order for 100 meals had been received. These meals had to be prepared and boxed before starting our order. This resulted in an unsatisfactory wait time for us. We feel in house customers should be a priority. The order was taken and placed correctly, but was not prepared correctly; i.e. white French toast instead of wheat. Additionally, the entire order was only lukewarm. Our server offered to have it re-done, but we had already waited too long and were hungry.

I like Shari's. Usually really good food. But to say highly satisfied would indicate that the food and service way exceeded my expectations. It met my expectations and was quite tasty

I was highly satisfied with the service. Angela was a great server with a great attitude. She made us smile and was very sunny.

Servers that seat you should take a little time and at least ask what you would like to drink, get it and then turn you over to the server that is going to handle your order - that didn't happen on this visit!

Where we were seated was next to the in/out door to the kitchen and right next to the waiter aisle for assembling orders. I suspect we should have asked to be moved, but decided not to due to time and the number of patrons present. Also, there was an employee to employee squabble which was uncomfortable to hear. Our location was too near the employee action. Frankly, I think that booth should be eliminated. Other than that, everything was fine.

We were very satisfied. The server forgot to bring a drink, but took it off our bill. The regular food was pretty good and the pie was delicious.

I was looking forward to your baked potato soup. You used to have it everyday. I was told it is now only a Monday soup!
