Shari's

This week there were new menus which always means an increase in price, not a positive. You are just about up price wise to more upscale restaurants in our area. The menu items changed a lot, deleting my favorite breakfast, the berry crepes. It has been replaced with a stuffed pancake which does not measure up to the crepes. Formerly I could have had a strawberry pancake if I wanted, but I do not like pancakes and never order them. I can go to IHOP and get crepes and a menu with lots more variety. We meet friends every Sunday for breakfast and will be discussing a change.

This Shari's, like most in the franchise, seem always to be a bit slow on the greeting and seating end.

I felt like our waitress was over stressed by the amount of tables she was responsible for. My usual experience at this Shari's is normally great. I am in there almost every Sunday and love the staff as a rule.

Servers bothered us too much and restaurant wasn't very clean

I was satisfied with my chopped salad but the size of each item in the salad was not as plentiful as other restaurants I've eaten at. The chef left the hard boiled eggs and sliced olives off and we had to ask for them. The waitress was very good and brought us each a dish of each missing item.

Seating staff was great. We had to repeatedly ask for refills on coffee and Ice tea. did not get a litte pot of coffee for self service coffee at the table. Ice tea refill I took the glass to the wait station to get more ice tea.
