It seemed liked the waitress forgot about us when it came time to take our order. She said she would be back and it took her over ten minutes.

I asked for well done bacon, not burned but all fat cooked. It came to me fatty and not drained. She returned it, and it was still not fully cooked and not drained. Brought me another order of bacon, which was appreciated (though not drained) -- but by then the eggs, hash browns and toast were getting cold. Also, I asked for "over medium" fried eggs, but they were barely over easy and had some runny white.

Our food took almost 25 mins, my husbands omelette was burnt and I asked for wheat but got white toast. We love shari's though

There was quite a wait since it was Christmas Day but it was nice that it was open. The server was nice but service was slow.

My window seat was cold as the air register was blowing cold air on top of me. The food entree was portioned properly for the price, but quality was bad. The mashed potatoes were shiny gooey blob of paste. The battered fish was extremely greasy. I was served a cold roll with my meal.

The server seemed too rushed and was not overly friendly. She missed the fact I requested lemon with my water and she also did not bring onion rings with the burger as I had ordered. When the onion rings were brought there was not enough in my opinion.

I watched the manager walk away from the mess and tell customer that his waitress would clean it up. She left the coffee dripping off the table all over the fooor and seat.

the menu has been changed gone from agreeable and tasty to bland, case in point the mbt fratata, absolutely no flavor til I added green tabasco
