Biscuits and gravy-- which I highly value-- gravy was put over the top of the biscuits but once I ate those bites, I had 3/4 of a dry biscuit with no gravy! I almost ordered some jelly and butter!

While the pancakes were hot, my eggs were cold. I wondered if they used frozen cheese on the eggs--the cheese didn't melt and the pieces rolled off the egg as I would pick up bites. That could explain the cold eggs and unmelted cheese.

The dinner salad was not fresh, limp lettuce with very little veggies not very tasteful. We had ants on the table around the sugar packets, entrees were bland!!

After being told it was a 15 minute wait, if that long, it took closer to 35 minutes for a table. Tables were slow to be bussed, over a third of the tables were empty the entire time we were waiting. Unfortunately, this is not the first occurrence. We love Shari's, but being seated always seems to take longer than expected. Tables are usually empty while customers are waiting. On the plus side, we have been fortunate to sit in Patty's section the past few visits. She is extremely friendly and efficient. A definite plus to the staff. If the greeter and cashier had the same skills the customer experience would be a lot more pleasant.

I had the eggs Benedic, the eggs were over cooked, the hollandise sauce was not fresh, it should have been a bright yellow not a pail grey. This an easy item to make fresh and delishes.

Our server Jasmine was talking about a customer that just left very disrespectfull and didnr seem to care who heard.

Two Sundays in a row I received my food cold and eggs barely cooked enough. The first time the place was very busy but this past Sunday not so much. I do come in with a group of 6 to 8 people and a big part of us felt the same way. I am a regular customer of Shari's and love the wait staff but maybe heat lamps are not up to par.

Took at least 5 minutes to be seated had two people tell me be right with you though. Big issue was once our steaks were delivered Jasmine our server did not check back with us to see if everything was okay. I ordered medium well but the steak was very pink and bloody. My wife was half way done with her meal before we could get the server to stop by and ask. They did recook my steak but by that time I had finished my baked potato and my wife was done. All I got was a sorry for that. Not happy about this.

Server was not professional! My salad was tossed on the table. drinks not refilled. English muffin was burnt. replacement for muffin was forgotten. server was too busy eating behind the counter.

First, we were not greeted, just seated. Next I asked for no bacon on my salad, it came with bacon. Next, I asked about the avocado that was supposed to be on the salad and the server responded with, I don't know, do you know how many salads we have?...I'm the only server here...
