I ordered the Trio half ham sandwich with smoked salmon chowder and a slice of strawberry-rhubarb pie. The bread was very stale. Very. Also, I don't think the customer should have to put his/her condiments on the sandwich. The server did ask what I'd like on my sandwich, but I was surprised that she just put a jar of mayo on the table. I mean, really? Why not just make it at home with fresh ingredients? The pie wasn't of the same quality as I've been used to getting for years. The crust was greasy and there were no fruit chunks in the filling. Kind of a bummer overall. I belong to the Shari's Club, but I don't think I'll be back for awhile.

I haven't been to Shari's in a while. Wanted something different for lunch. I was shocked at the prices. Then totally shocked when I got the food. ordered a chicken burger with fries, for the price the burger was small the there were hardly any fries on the plate. Same for the person I was with. small sandwich and hardly any fries. We ended up ordering another order of fries. The waitress even commented on the lack of fries on the plate but didn't do anything about it. the bill was 31.00, which was crazy high for the amount of food. I could go toe Jack n the box and pay less and get more food and it taste just as good. I work across the street and will not come back to Shari's again.

We waited a long time to be seated although there were very few patrons. A waitress who was off the clock saw us standing there for a while and seated us on her way out. It took a very long time to be served. Both our water glasses had something (little brown chunkies) floating around in it. My corned beef hash was burned, dried out and and barely warm. My toast was overcooked and the crust was like a rock. My daughter (11 years old) ate half of her strawberry waffle before noticing that there was an ant swimming in the whipped cream. I thought she was going to throw up. Our waitress apologized and said we were the 3rd table that has had issues like this. They took her meal off our bill but didn't offer to do anything about my food.

I ordered French Toast and it was cook on a grill that something with garlic and some think very spicy had been cooked on it. It was the worst French Toast ever! I was visiting your city to watch a sporting event so I will not be returning, to eat again

I ordered the Bistro Breakfast and due to the fact that I am allergic to nitrates, I asked to have it prepared without the sausage, as it was. However due to the fact that one ingredient was omitted and nothing else changed it was a very small portion, I believe that the vegetables should have been increased. The bread that came with the meal was so greasy that I could not eat it, so I asked for 1 piece of dry rye toast. I cannot believe that your facility charges $2.49 for one piece of toast! They did however remove that charge. We have eaten at this Shari's several times and this was my first negative experience.

I ordered on Valentine day, the special dinner for two and when the receipt came for the meal; the special for two became two separate meals at menu price. When I asked cashier about my bill, she talked to the manager who would NOT honor the special price listed in your email advertisement. It ended up costing me $5.90 more than the email price for surf and turf for two for $30.00. My wife and I are regular customers at your resterant on Canyon Road in PIERCE COUNTY,WA.

Waitress (Penny) needed to do something about my meal that she had her arm in my food and she should have been able to see that the English muffin was burnt. She did not return to the table to see if our meals were okay. Another waitress (Angela) returned the English muffin to make good on that. I just considered the avocado inedible so I discarded it. Since the waitress knew that she got avocado on her arm she should not have just placed my meal in front of me, then leave.

the supervisor.. which we heard other people talking her too was rude.. after she asked us how many, she totally ignored us while she did paperwork. we were just about to walk out when she finally seated us. and not in a friendly way either. didnt get her name, her tag was turned over. oh and the tables were sticky.

24 hours before we had had the same salad at Denny's. The greens were not so obviously poured out of a sack. The stems looked fresh, not brown on the ends. Egg was sliced, not minced, so it could be tasted. Theirs had sliced avocado, not a few tiny chunks. The avocado was very thin, but arranged in a fan along the plate, so they looked nice. Chicken had color, this was pale. I believe the small pieces of chicken had been steamed. The two grape tomatoes were sliced in half and nestled under all the spinach leaves, as was everything else. There is more but survey says I'm running out of time...

The server was so good and in an awkward situation. We were there over an hour and never received our food. The people sitting across from us who came in after us had the same situation but a few minutes before we left they received their food before us. We were at the same Sharis a few weeks on a late Sunday morning and also had a long wait. We found out there were 30 Urber orders before us. Really this how you are going to treat your in house customers?
