Shari's

It took 15 min to get drinks and had to wait to get refills. waited 20 min to place our order. waited 45 min to get our food. My order was undercooked and not as asked for. It seemed as if management didn't care about the service. I will not go back to this sharis.

Patty the server just acted like it was a bother to wait on us After we received our meal She never came back to see if we need anything and after we finish our meal she finally comes to the table and we told her that we didn't get a dinner roll with one of the meals she checked the plate out like looking for crumbs said well if you really want one Ill get you one in a sarcastic way and I asked but isn't a roll come with all the meals She said yes they probably forgot to put one on the plate after all there only human If she was having a bad day I don't think it should have been taken out on us. From the time we sat down she really was short with us We didn't say anything to her but ordering So I don't know why the royal crappy attitude

I ordered a slice of coconut cream pie to go and when I got home I discovered I was given a chocalte cream pie instead. How hard is it to get a piece of pie right? Not a happy camper.

I wasn't at all happy with the "seating" arrangement. When I expressed my concern, mgr Greg SNAPPED at me, "It's Sunday!" I was waiting for 2 others to join me & would have gladly waited for a better table, but I was not given any options. My order consisted of a New York Steak, eggs,etc. I could hardly cut the meat, let alone chew it. The replacement Steak wasn't any better. The Mgr didn't come to our table to assist in any way. Plus a few other issues.

ordered two sandwiches and was wrong order, returned sandwiches and again was wrong order. we were so hungry that we just ate the sandwiches anyway. when waitress came to clear table, she didn't ask if everything was ok.....WE had to tell her that the sandwiches were wrong again! She just smiles & says sorry. She comes back and gives us the bill.

I called in my pie order. The lady taking the order was not pleasant at all. She said that my pie would be boxed and ready to go at 6:01pm. I arrived to a zoo-like setting, but waited patiently. I asked for my pie. They looked but then said that there was no pre-ordered pie. They went to the back. While waiting, I was subjected to rude comments made by the people standing behind me. Specifically, comments were made about me holding up the check out line. When the pie did arrive I presented my Shari's Pie Bag, but the gal did not put it into my bag. She sat it on the counter and then presented the receipt to sign. She did not see my Shari's card, nor did she ask for my card. I left with getting credit for my purchase.

The server took our order and we never saw her again until she put down our bill. The manager delivered the food and not one person came and asked us how it was. Both orders were cold and no taste. We had to ask the manager for more coffee, even though we had placed the carafe at the end of the table with the lid upside down. When the server did come to our table she placed the bill down, but never asked if this was together or separate or how the meal was. This was in spite that most of our food was still on the plate. Apparently the party behind us was also getting bad service/food since the manager was at their table apologizing at taking care of them.

There were 2 of us. I ordered coffee and the other ordered water. I ordered prime rib with sautéed mushrooms only, regular hash browns. The other ordered a slice of pie. My food came with stuffed hash browns, and sautéed onions and mushrooms. Still no coffee, no pie, asked again. 2nd attempt of my order had hair in it. Still no coffee or pie, asked again. 3rd attempt at my order, prime rib was cold, and then finally received pie and coffee. We were not looking for a free meal that day but didn't even get the sautéed mushrooms or coffee on the house. Waitress was friendly. We are extremely dissatisfied with the experience and the lack of any attempt to retain our patronage. We will not return and will not recommend anyone to visit your establishment.

Did not have the soup of the day on a very cold day. Had to order something not our first choice. Coffee had grounds in it and tasted burned. Could not drink another cup. Made me ill.Almost $3 for a nasty burned ground filled cup of coffee. Disgcusting.

The food looked and tasted like a 5 year old could have prepared it. This was very not good food ,especially in appearance.
