Lack of menu items For selection . I remember there were more things to chose. Everything that I always came for are gone. I used to come 3-4 times a week. Now, once a month maybe just because there is no selection my family will not come. Service, and restaurant wonderful. Poor selection and family meal together here is now impossible. Sad, our family has come here sine opening day to this location over 20 years.

Breakfast menu has been changed since our last visit. Many of our favorite items were deleted, and the remaining choices are mostly unacceptable. We chose Shari's originally for the breakfast menu, and now that has been gutted. We probably will not return to Shari's, unless you restore the excellent breakfast menu you once had.

Hair in food, dirty bowl, cold soup, chocolate milk had very little chocolate, waitress saw the dirty bowl and gave it to me anyway, she was informed soup was cold and was indifferent. Manager was told and he didn,t seem to care.

Waitress didn't accurately explain contents of meal when asked. Seemed like it was an imposition to answer my questions. Had to send meal back as it had ingredients on it I am allergic to (which is the reason I asked about the contents of the salad ) Waitress seemed put out that I didn't want the order as presented the first time. Also, when asked what type of dressing was presented with the salad, the waitress answered in a tone that implied that I should have known what it was. When asked for a different dressing, waitress acted put out. Neither the full description of the salad contents or what dressing it came with were on the menu.

Me and my wife used to eat there 3 or 4 times a week when we worked, Now we live about 40 miles away and we decided to go there for dinner cause the place was always warm and friendly. Last night we went in and were seated, we placed our order. My salmon was cold and hard, The potatoes didn't look like potatoes or taste like them The soup wasn't tomato and tasted like any thing I don't know. Just got one cup of coffee till we were about to leave, then she brought a pot. I used to love Shari's, but after last night will not return. It used to be a great restaurant.

The selection that I originally ordered turned out to not be available as some ingredient was out of stock. So then I ordered a salad and a turkey sandwich. The salad was completely wilted and some of the pieces were brown. The waitress served it anyway. I was only able to eat about half of it. Then when my turkey sandwich arrived the gravy was only luke-warm and had a really off flavor. I didn't eat any of it except the turkey. The waitress never even asked why I didn't eat it. The milkshake I ordered was the only good thing that I ordered. Considering my meal cost $19.01 that was pretty expensive since the milkshake was the only edible thing I ordered.

We ordered two dinners and one appetizer after about 35 min yes we watched the clock still nothing till we asked about are appetizer and within a few min we did receive. Assuming they forgot about the app they must of put are meals in the warmer for adional 15 min and when we received are meals it was cold(hot panini and Fry's) disgusting when cold one side of the bread had a little warmth but the other side and meat (cold). as was the Fry's.

The manager, Greg was yelling at the waitresses in front of customers. It was a to go order. The waitress helping us had taken the box to put more lettuce in it. He yells out rudely to her "Where''s the box." I've seen him act this way before and it is not professional. If he has an issue he needs to take them aside in private. If he is having a bad day leave it at home. We have been coming to this Shari''s for over 15 years. Maybe his boss needs to yell at him in front of customers to give him a taste of his own medicine.

I ACTUALLY HAD TO GET SERVERS ATTENTION OR WE WOULD HAVE JUST GOTTEN UP AND LEFT. FIRST SELECTION THEY WERE OUT OF AND THE PIE AFTER DINNER WAS FROZEN AND I HAD TO ASK FOR IT TO BE NUKED AND IT TURNED IT INTO A RUNNY MESS! MY GIRL HAD SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY MOVING AND HAD NO TIME FOR DOING THANKSGIVING AND SHE DIDN'T DESERVE THIS OR ME HAVING TO LISTEN TO HER BEING UNHAPPY WITH HER MEAL, THAT NEVER HAPPENS UNTIL NOW!
