When my order came out with bacon on it (which I am HIGHLY allergic too) our server Stephanie M (347060) went the extra mile to make sure my entire plate was re-made. She made our experience at Shari's a great one despite the complications.

Awesome service by Lia! Informed us about the clam chowder and salmon chowder on Friday. We ordered both and was excellent. Also informed us of serving alcohol now. We ordered beers. Its been that long since going to Shari's!! We will be back. Thank you.

Our server Stephani (356098) was very friendly and upbeat. She didn't have to write things down, could go up to the computer and input so the cooks knew what to make. Other people came in and she knew what they wanted. Just very friendly to everyone that walked in the restaurant. She took the time to help a older lady out the doors of the restaurant. You don't see that very often. So Stephani was spot on!!!!!!!

I'm a vegetarian, and my favorite meal is eggs Benedict with avocado to replace the Canadian bacon, and they did the substitution with no problems!

The new Severed Andy was wonderful. My friend didn't enjoy her meal. Immediately being New he told us he would make sure everything would be ok his manager would know how to do this. Tea took wonderful care of us. My friend wasn't going to come back after Andy and Tea she was so positive and said she'd return.
