Love the coffee and carafe.

The food was excellent. The chef did a fantastic job. I also bought four jars of jam for a Christmas present. The waitress brought it right to my table while I was eating. I was very pleased. Will come again. Thanks to the Willow Pond Shari's, they are fantastic.

Aurther is a superb server. He was extremely friendly. He met every anticipated need without us needing to ask. He was attentive and even took time to play a game of peekaboo with our toddler. I wish everyone had his friendly and efficient ways! We left with smiles on our face! We hope he's recognized for his amazing service. Thank you!

Sarah is so nice and helpful

It was a very busy day... server ordered sub of different cheese and when sandwich came out wrong she immediately took it back and got it made right.

Server Arthur was fantastic in every way. He was the only one working when we arrived, but two others came on duty when we started eating. The cooks were slow, probably because of the slack time and then a rush, rush time.

Salmon cooked perfectly and excellent flavor, waitress friendly and helpful

I went into Shari's to purchase a take out pie, and the server siad she did not have the kind of pie, I wanted in the front show case, so she went to the back refrigerator to hopefully find me the pie, I desired, and when she returned, she had the pie, in hand, and checked me out ASAP! I was in and out of Shari's with my pie, very quickly, based on the server's efficiency :-)
